We’re two friends who are well-experienced in trading with financial instruments of any kind. Besides being friends, we also work together, so it was not a long time ago when we got the idea for creating a project together.
Before I tell you more about my partner, let me start with telling you more about myself. I’m a 36-years old teacher from Manchester, with more than sixteen years of experience in Economics and Finance. My friends call me the ‘Money Talker’ which obviously comes from my passion about finance. That’s probably the reason why people often ask me for investing tips and advice. I’ve been recommended to companies help them develop investment strategies or prepare a portfolio of management services. I’ve also been an angel investor at some local start-ups but I recently quit, even though I’ve done pretty well with my investment. I decided that I need to find another. By this time, I met my friend and colleague who I will call by the nickname Geeky G. She runs her own blog about investing tips, so from the moment I learned this I knew that maybe she shares the same passion as I do.
The idea of creating a mutual blog came suddenly. Once Geeky G. asked me for help with an article she was writing for her own blog and I thought that it would be a great idea if we can make a mutual site, where we can work together and share ideas for writing various news, posts and articles. As soon as I told her about my idea, she immediately loved it. We started discussing the focus, the design and the direction we’d like to follow. Well, it took us just a few weeks to shape our thoughts into a final product.
