Senior Medicare Project Program is known as  “Medi$mart” is to train retired professionals seniors to serve as expert resources and educators for Medicare Beneficiaries and Medicaid recipients, strengthening the ability of senior citizens to recognize waste, fraud, and abuse in these programs and subsequently reporting suspected problems through proper channels.
