Economic Development Loan Program
The Economic Development Loan Program provides loans through several programs ranging from short-term construction financing, infrastructure loans and GAP financing to long-term financing loan guarantees. All loans are dependent upon the creation of jobs, a majority of which must be available to low and moderate income persons.
