In order to complete your change of address form, please supply all of the required information. After you submit a change of address order, personnel from the Jefferson County Department of Revenue will be contacting you via the email address you supply on this page with your updated information within 24-48 hours so you may renew your license plate online.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RENEW YOUR TAG UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMING EMAIL THAT YOUR ADDRESS CHANGE HAS BEEN COMPLETED, OTHERWISE YOUR TAG AND/OR DECAL WILL BE MAILED TO YOUR OLD ADDRESS.
